Room was big and spacious. The snack and coffee place in the lobby that serves amazing cakes, crepes, ice cream until 11pm! Staff were attentive and effective. Special thank you to Hanna from the restaurant and to Joel at reception for his great service! There was a great snorkeling spot right in front of the hotel and the beautiful beaches locate south were easily accessible by taxi or car

This place is amazing. Needs smoking areas. Marta is one of the best employees that they have. But the whole staff was fantastic. Kinda pricey. Still worth it.

Food was excellent but book evening restaurant preference in advance, otherwise limited choice. Comfortable clean rooms. Staff were outstanding!

The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the evening entertainment. Having four different restaurants gave us a lot of variety. Loved the coffee bar in the lobby. The location of the hotel and view from the rooms were fantastic. The all-inclusive experience can't be beat.
